our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation on the ldft app and every let's do fun things surface
the short version
the ldft app is for adults. we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (csae) and for child sexual abuse material (csam). it is never allowed on our platform. we remove it, we ban the people responsible, and we report it to the authorities as the law requires. this page is our published standard, and it applies to everyone who uses any part of let's do fun things.
this is an adults-only app
you have to be 18 or older to create an account or use the ldft app. we don't knowingly allow anyone under 18 on the app, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. if we believe an account belongs to a minor, we remove it.
what we prohibit
- child sexual abuse material (csam) of any kind, real or computer-generated
- grooming, or any attempt to sexualize, solicit, or exploit a minor
- sextortion, trafficking, or the sale of a minor
- sharing, requesting, or linking to any of the above
- any account created to enable or promote any of the above
how to report it
if you see anything that puts a child at risk, tell us right away. you don't need an account to reach us.
- in the app - use the report button on any message, profile, or piece of content. reports go straight to our moderation team.
- by email - info@letsdofunthings.org. tell us what you saw and where, and we'll act on it.
you can also report csam directly to the national center for missing and exploited children (ncmec) at report.cybertip.org, or to your local police. if a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
what we do about it
when we learn about csae or csam, we treat it as our highest priority and we:
- remove the content and preserve the evidence we are legally required to keep
- ban the account and the person behind it
- report it to the national center for missing and exploited children (ncmec) and cooperate with law enforcement
staying within the law
we follow the child safety laws that apply to us, including our obligation to report csam to ncmec's cybertipline. we review these standards as those laws and the platform rules we operate under change.
