salsa on a school night

a school night has never felt like this. once a month we take over Epiphany Center for the Arts, a historic West Loop church with vaulted ceilings, stained glass and cathedral acoustics, and turn it into the biggest latin dance floor in the city.
we start with a beginner lesson. walk in having never danced salsa and you'll be moving within the hour. you don't need a partner, we rotate you through the room so you meet half the floor before the lesson is over. after that the floor opens and stays open late.
this one is a stop light party. grab a wristband at the door for your status: green means single, yellow means you are just here to dance, red means taken. one glance across the floor and you will know who to ask.
come solo. a lot of people do. a few minutes in, you'll have already danced with five strangers and forgotten you were nervous about any of it.
it's a school night. stay up late. salsa with us.
