when you sign up or rsvp:

- email address
- phone number (if you provide it)
when you attend events:
- which events you've attended
- any preferences or dietary restrictions you share with us
when you visit our website:
- basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type)
- we use cookies to keep the site running smoothly
how we use it
- to send you event confirmations and reminders
- to send our newsletter (only if you opt in)
- to improve our events based on what people actually like
- to contact you if something changes with an event you're attending
what we don't do
- sell your information to anyone
- share your data with advertisers
- send you emails you didn't sign up for
- keep your data longer than we need to
third-party services
we use a few tools to make things work:
- eventbrite - for ticket sales and rsvps
- mailchimp - for email newsletters
- twilio - for sms reminders (if you opt in)
- supabase - for our database
- vercel - for hosting our website
these services have their own privacy policies. we only share what's necessary for them to do their job.
your choices
unsubscribe anytime - every email has an unsubscribe link. one click and you're out.
request your data - want to know what we have on you? just ask.
delete your data - want us to delete everything? email us and we'll wipe it.
sms messages
if you opt in to sms reminders:
- we'll only text you about events you're attending
- you can reply STOP anytime to opt out
- standard message rates apply
photos at events
we sometimes take photos at events for social media and our website. if you'd rather not be photographed, just let the host know. if you see a photo of yourself you want removed, email us and we'll take it down.
data security
we use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. but no system is 100% secure, so we can't make guarantees.
children
our events are for adults (18+). we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

if we make significant changes, we'll let you know via email or on our website.
