It’s scheduled perfectly between Parts 2 and 3 so you can practice everything you’ve learned. WHY THIS WORKSHOP IS WORTH IT • You actually improve. Most classes teach random patterns each week. happy hour salsa at the old post office happy hour salsa is a relaxed after-work social designed to help you unwind, move your body, and do something fun without committing your whole night. we’ll start with a beginner-friendly salsa lesson from 5–5:45pm . no experience or partner needed. after the lesson, the space opens into an open social dance for anyone and everyone. the event is free to attend and hosted at the iconic Old Post Office , featuring beautiful flooring, soaring ceilings, a riverside patio, and food and drinks available from Snorkelbox . come solo, bring coworkers, or meet friends there.

two hour pickleball open play 🏓 show up, hop on a court, play some pickleball. this is open play style. rotate in, rotate out, meet new people, get a bunch of games in. no pressure, no tournament vibes, no experience required beyond knowing the basics. come solo or with friends. games are short, courts rotate, and you’ll naturally end up playing with different people throughout the session. perfect if you: • want to play without committing to a league • are new-ish and want reps • are intermediate and just want fun games • want a social way to be active. athletic shoes and water bottle recommended. good vibes guaranteed. **limited spots**

activate x ldft: play hard, meet people, eat well some nights you go out and end up doing the same thing you always do. this isn't that night. we're taking over activate chicago for a high-energy social built around immersive, full-body games that are way more physical than you'd expect. think laser rooms, reaction walls, and strategy challenges that will genuinely gas you out. it's a workout disguised as play and honestly, it's one of the most fun ways to spend a wednesday night in this city. here's how the night works. you'll get placed into a small team, jump into the games, and every 15 minutes we shuffle the groups so you're constantly rotating and meeting new people. by the end of the hour you'll have played alongside a dozen strangers and at least a few of them won't feel like strangers anymore. after the games we're walking over to barrio together for a dinner party to close out the night right. good food, good people, earned. whether you're coming solo, with a friend, or just looking for something actually worth getting off the couch for, this one's for you. wednesday, march 25 · 6:45pm activate chicago + barrio
cultured is a language-exchange mixer built around curiosity, culture, and conversation. when you arrive, you’ll get a passport and lanyard to customize with flags representing the languages you speak, the places you’ve been, and the ones you’re excited to learn more about. around the room, tables are marked by country, creating natural gathering points based on shared interest. for this event, we have a special guest from Windy city kite club who will be doing an interactive "kites across cultures" workshop that you can easily walk in and out of. you'll have the opportunity to customize your own kite! this isn’t a class and it’s not about being fluent. say it wrong, that’s the point. the goal is to start conversations, learn through connection and games, and meet people who are genuinely curious about the world and each other. come curious. leave cultured.
